What Makes Raw Honey Different?

The flowers around our hives give each batch of honey its own color and flavor.

The season in your jar

We strain our honey to catch the larger pieces of wax, then bottle it ourselves. Each batch keeps the color, aroma, and flavor of the flowers our bees have been visiting.

Local bloom shapes the flavor

Honey follows whatever the bees are working. Around Clarksville, TN, that can mean fields, woods, pasture edges, and all the little blooms people walk past without thinking much about them.

From our hives south of Clarksville

We keep our bees and bottle our raw wildflower honey on our family farm south of Clarksville. Choose a 5oz jar for a first taste or a 12.75oz jar for your kitchen counter.

How to use it every day

Raw honey is good in tea, on biscuits, in yogurt, in marinades, and straight off the spoon when no one is looking. It also makes an easy gift because people actually use it.
