Aussie Acres Farm is our place in Clarksville, TN. Right now it is bees, chickens, Australian Shepherds underfoot, and raw honey we are proud to put our name on.
It started in 2025 with Luke buying his first bees and Emily bringing home the first chickens. We built the coop by hand, learned a lot the slow way, and somehow the chore list turned into a farm we kept wanting to grow.

How we think about it
Farm work first
We care about the whole thing: the bees, the jars, the labels, the packing, and whether the box feels like it came from people who paid attention. We spent a lot of time and care trying to make everything feel right so that you can feel a little bit of our home in every spoonful.
2025
Bees, chickens, and a coop we built ourselves
Luke brought home the first bees. Emily brought home the first chickens. Then came a lot of measuring, fixing, redoing, and learning by actually doing the work.

Honey first, eggs close to home
Raw honey ships from the store. Eggs stay local around Clarksville because that is what makes sense for them.

A few kitchen projects are waiting their turn
Ophelia, our sourdough starter, is starting her shelf now. Lip balm and homemade vanilla are still on the list once we feel good about putting them in someone else's kitchen.

Apollo, Willow, and River are the Australian Shepherds in the logo. They are not mascots. They live here, supervise poorly, and make the farm feel like ours.
Apollo
Apollo is the kindest boy on the farm, soft-hearted and gentle, right up until food is within reach. Then he becomes impressively sneaky.
Willow
Willow is the wild girl of the crew, always looking for attention and loyal to a fault. If she had her way, you would never leave her sight.
River
River is the sweetest little girl, but she is not shy about farm standards. If breakfast or dinner is late, everyone is going to hear about it.
Atlas
Atlas is our newest addition and loves to help herd chickens back into the coop where they belong. Even if we just let them out.
