When you place an order, request local delivery, or contact Aussie Acres Farm, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping or delivery address, order details, and any message you choose to send us.

We may also collect basic site and security information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, logs, cart activity, and checkout or form security events.

Stripe processes payment information for checkout. Aussie Acres Farm does not receive or store full credit card numbers, card security codes, or full bank account details.

We use customer information to process orders, accept payment, prepare shipments, arrange local delivery when available, answer questions, send order updates, prevent fraud or misuse, protect the website, and keep ordinary business, accounting, tax, and customer service records.

We may use order history and customer messages to improve our farm store, product pages, packaging, and fulfillment process.

We do not sell customer information. We also do not use customer information for targeted advertising or automated profiling decisions.

We share customer information only where needed to operate the store and fulfill orders. That may include Stripe for payment processing, USPS, UPS, or shipping label partners for delivery, website hosting and technical service providers, and professional advisors when needed for business, accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

We may also use or disclose information if required by law, to protect our customers or business, to respond to a security or fraud issue, or to enforce our terms and policies.

Shipping carriers and payment processors use the information they receive under their own policies and legal obligations.

The site uses a cart cookie so your cart can survive a refresh for a short period of time. We may also use cookies or similar storage for site security, checkout flow, admin access, basic store operation, and first party site metrics.

Our first party site metrics help us understand which pages are visited, whether carts are started and left behind, and whether checkout is working. These metrics use anonymous visitor and session identifiers rather than names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details.

Stripe may set its own cookies or collect checkout information under Stripe's privacy and security practices.

We keep customer and order information only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, business records, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and legitimate farm operations.

Aussie Acres Farm is a small family farm, and some state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet certain size, revenue, or data volume thresholds. Even where a specific statute does not apply, you can email us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of customer information associated with your order where we can reasonably and legally honor the request.

We may need to keep some information when required for completed orders, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or ordinary business records.

Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Honey should not be given to children under 12 months old.
