Shipping Policy

Online honey orders currently ship within the lower 48 United States.

Local eggs and some future farm items may be listed for Clarksville area customers only and may not be available for normal online checkout.

After an order is accepted and we have the information needed to ship it, we attempt to send the package within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or carrier holidays.

If we cannot ship within the timing we stated, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided with the order. Depending on the issue, you may be asked to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Weather, carrier delays, holidays, harvest timing, address issues, or unusually busy weeks may affect shipping timing.

We try to use USPS or UPS for shipped orders.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is handled by that carrier. We will still help with tracking or obvious shipment problems where we can.

Shipping is calculated at cart before checkout. The total may depend on order size, package size, and the items in your cart.

If a shipping issue appears after checkout, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided with the order.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge additional shipping before resending it.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, email us as soon as possible.
